The Senate proceeded to vote on the reform of the Civil Procedure Law and the Organic Laws amending Criminal Procedure Act
The plenary adopted nine legislative projects
The full Senate debated subjects this week approved the reform of the Civil Procedure Law and the Organic Laws amending the Criminal Procedure Act for streamlining the criminal justice and regulatory measures for technological research.
Six bills and three proposed organic law, most notably of the General Tax Act, which would allow the publication of the list of debtors to the Treasury, and the Organic Law governing access and advertising also be approved names sentences of those convicted for tax fraud.
It will also discuss reform of the Military Career Law and the Organic Law of the Military Criminal Code, the draft law by which extraordinary credits and credit supplement of 856 million euros Budget Ministry is granted will be approved defense weaponry for payment.
On the other hand the Natural Heritage Act will be voted and Biodiversity.
Once they are approved by the Senate, these bills were sent to Congress to be finally adopted.
